Location: Melton Mowbray, LE13

Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts available.
Options for both day and night shifts.

Key Requirements:

• As a Food production Operative, you would be required to operate the production equipment.
• Monitoring the production process to maintain quality standards.
• Conducting routine cleaning of equipment should be done by all Food Production operatives.
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Packaging finished products for shipment or storage.
• Food Production Operatives must maintain a clean and organized working area.

Key Skills:

• The ideal Food Production Operative should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• While previous experience as a Food Production Operative is preferable, it is not essential, full training would be given to motivated individuals.
