To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first rate guest experience through the focus on the delivery of market leading customer service.

To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.

Being a brand ambassador by being a warm and friendly Partner who provides a consistently outstanding customer experience that is unrivalled in the marketplace.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge on drinks and food.

Taking orders, checking back, and assisting with queries.

Liaising with the kitchen team to fully understand the menu.

Clearing down and setting tables.

Working behind the bar, serving drinks and taking orders for food.

Working as part of the events team to deliver the catering element.

Resolving guest queries/complaints at the first point of contact.

Following the opening and closing duties of the operation.

Upholding all policies and standards of food hygiene.

Completion of daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Assisting with some kitchen duties when necessary – sandwich prep for example.

Skills:

Self-motivated/ Industrious

Basic knowledge of IT & POS systems and able to use standard software.

Excellent communication skills

Proven experience of the hospitality industry is desirable.

Pay Range: £20,550.00 up to £23,000.00 Annual

Scheduled Weekly hours: 37.5

Hours of Work: Varied hours of full time work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends between the hours of 07:00am and 10:30pm, every 3rd weekend off.
