We are currently recruiting for a FOH Team Member to be a part of our integral team at JP Morgan, 25 Bank Street, London

- Monday – Friday
- Shifts range between 7.30am – 3.30pm (no late evenings or weekends!)

What you’ll be doing
Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
- Dealing with customer feedback quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Basic food preparation
- Operating the pot wash
- Setting up counters for hospitality services
- Food handling
- Cleaning all areas front and back of house
- Operating the till and cash handling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
