They also focus on building positive relationships, mutual respect and maintaining high expectations.Requirements:
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- A degree qualification in teaching
- Strong knowledge of the subject curriculum
- A great work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Setting, marking and giving feedback on work/homework
- Safeguarding children
- Lesson planning to ensure the curriculum is covered sufficiently
- Monitoring students progress
