Academic Appointments Ltd is currently working with Leeds partner School to recruit a dedicated Technology Teacher. This is a full time Food Technology placement and will be a immediate start until Easter, in the first instance, with a potential of a permanent offer for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be teaching Technology up to GCSE and will have responsibility for their own exam classes.
This is a ‘Good’ rated school, based in Leeds, where the headteacher, governors, key leaders and managers are ambitious on the part of all young people. They consistently communicate high expectations.
Requirements:
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification
- Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject
- 2 x references from educational establishments
- Evidence of an exemplary track record
- A passion for success and quality teaching
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
