Position: Food Technology Teacher
Pay: To scale – (£153.84 to £238.58 per day)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: April 2024
Our client Secondary school is located within Sunderland with access from surrounding areas via the A1231, A183, A690, A1018 or the A19. For candidates who do not drive, there are many public transport links from the surrounding areas of The North East.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent.
- Great awareness of food hygiene and health and safety.
- Great classroom management skills.
- Have a child only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. (If you don’t have this, we can help with this in registration).
- Provide 2 professional references from recent employment.
Job Brief
- Teaching KS3 and KS4 Food Technology to a range of abilities.
- Plan, deliver and mark Food Technologylessons to meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.
