Job description: I am excited to be recruiting a permanent FP&A Analyst for a business based in Northampton. This is a role suited to a part qualified Accountant looking for a varied role.The FP&A Analyst reports directly into the FP&A Manager. Duties of the FP&A Analyst includes but is not limited to:
- Financial and Operational Analysis of all areas of the business
- Operational reporting
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide strategic direction
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting
Varied finance role|Hybrid, flexible working availableThe successful candidate will:
- Be a part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Proven financial analysis skills
- Experience proactively driving change
- Experience creating and working with financial models
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience in housing is desirable but not essential
My client is a business with offices nationally, based in their Northampton office. My client offers fantastic flexible working with 3 days working from home and promote a good work and life balance.The successful candidate can expect a starting salary £40-45,000 (doe) + 3 days home working + 25 days annual leave (buy and sell up to 5 days) + 5% pension contribution + other voluntary discounts
