This is a broad role, involved in forecasting processes, scenario planning, financial modelling and analysis, and offers excellent long-term development and progression opportunities. The successful candidate will ideally have prior exposure to project work or financial analysis.

  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Supporting budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Developing financial models to support decision making.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with the wider finance team on financial reporting.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects.

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Exposure to financial analysis or project work
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
