This is a broad role, involved in forecasting processes, scenario planning, financial modelling and analysis, and offers excellent long-term development and progression opportunities. The successful candidate will ideally have prior exposure to project work or financial analysis.
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
- Supporting budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Developing financial models to support decision making.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team on financial reporting.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Participating in cross-departmental projects.

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Exposure to financial analysis or project work
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
