Summary
A bespoke high-end hospitality and F&B studio is looking for a Middleweight Interior FF&E Designer for a 3-6 month contract with brilliant potential to go permanent for the right person. This is a remote and very flexible role that involves ad hoc visits and possible in-person team meetings in central London. The ideal candidate will be working on luxury hospitality projects around the UK that are rich in character and full of exquisite detail.
Job description:
- The successful person will be involved in all phases of the design process, from concept, through construction and administration through to completion on multiple projects
- You will be able to seamlessly prioritise work, balance multiple demands simultaneously, plan and schedule resources to meet client commitments and deadlines
- You will be skilled in keeping within the budget of the project and resourceful on cost efficiency of procurement
- You will also need to be a strong administrator keeping a tight You will also need to be a strong administrator keeping a tight handle on cost schedules
- You will a self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively, with fantastic attention to detail and work well under pressure
- This role is to support the Senior or Project Designer by having deep knowledge of the specifics of the project
- This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK
Skills necessary:
- Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Excel and Word are essential for this role
- Knowledge of high-end hospitality and F&B interior design is highly desirable
- Must have a degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- You must have 3+ years of experience in Hospitality and F&B in a similar role
