Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours (37.5/ week)

Salary: £10.76 – £10.76 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting on a variety of electronic devices
  • Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems
  • Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken French
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practises
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional language proficiency in Spanish, German, or Italian would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in providing support for technical products or services
