Position Overview: As a French-speaking Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering pre and post-sales technical support to valued clients. This position is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote work and office presence, with occasional international travel to France required. If you have a background in RF-based technologies, especially in Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals, and possess essential 2-way radio experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, both pre and post-sales, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product and solution adoption within the French-speaking market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental RF principles and technology.
  • Background in RF-based technologies, such as Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals.
  • Experience with 2-way radios is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to travel to France for client meetings and support (when required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office work effectively.
