Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs.Our people scored us a whopping 9.3 out of 10 for “I recommend One Utility Bill as a place to work” in our last employee engagement surveyWhat you’ll be doingThe Fused Bills sales channel is at the core of the business’ student acquisition and a successful campaign is key for our FY25 growth.Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for 2 Team leaders, a core team of 4 sales advisors and up to 20 fixed term sales advisors so we’re looking for someone who can motivate their team and lead them to success.Some of your key responsibilities will include:You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Sales Team Leaders and Advisors to ensure exceptional service standards and pipeline performance through KPI’s, coaching and PDP’s, ensuring appropriate performance management processes are in place and adhered toManagement of sales team performance, pipelines and quality assuranceMonitoring market and competitor activity through customer contact and feedback, as well as routine checksImplement and develop procedures to ensure continuous improvement of processes within the departmentWorking closely with the CEO, Directors and department heads to develop and implement the right strategies to aid sales channel growthAs a member of the Extended Leadership Team at One Utility Bill you will be responsible for management reporting and attending weekly sales performance meetingsAnalyze and report data to find opportunities and improvements to increase the team conversion and overall performanceReinforcing our company culture by living to our values. You will ensure One Utility Bill is consistently a fun, supportive and results-driven work environment for everyone.A little bit about youPrevious experience in either a Sales Management or Team Leader positionBackground of working in high-growth, fast paced environments.
