We are on the hunt for a superstar General Manager who can build, train and lead a team through the opening and continued success of this beautiful newly refurbished food led pub.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, who built a fantastic career in the hospitality sector before starting his own successful company, on this exciting new opening.
The role:
- As General Manager you will have complete accountability for each and every area of the restaurant operation.
- You will deliver an exceptional guest experience across the business.
- You will engage your team to keep them motivated, informed and passionate about your business.
- You will be passionate about retaining and developing your team, with clear succession plans to ensure the right people are in the right place.
- You will utilise all feedback available to make well informed decisions on how to further improve the guest experience.
- You will be P&L accountable for the performance of your restaurant.
The ideal candidate?
- You will be a passionate General Manager or an experienced Deputy General Manager.
- A real role model with an appetite for success and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
- A strong operator with a reputation for strong processes and excellent training.
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression.
- A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and continuously improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience.
- The ability to ensure that the team are working to the highest standards, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- A strong communicator who is good at developing strong relationships, gaining buy-in, and motivating the team.
