Our client is an independent consultancy based in central London specialising in construction, analysis and design of ground engineering work. They have a primary focus on large urban building sites, this includes commercial, residential, brownfield, and some infrastructure projects. With a reputation for working across the full project lifecycle, from pre-planning and pre-site acquisition through to validation and construction. They take pride in their diverse client portfolio, showcasing a broad range of exciting projects. Majority of projects are London-based. They have worked on some of London’s most iconic buildings, such as Google HQ, Battersea Power Station, 30 Grosvenor Square and Nine Elms Square. They also work on projects abroad such as in the Middle East, Australia and the United States.
Our client also has their own in house GI contractor and hydro company allowing further for full autonomy on projects assigned.
They are looking for a Geo-environmental consultant to lead the department consisting of two graduates, one consultant and two seniors.
Requirements:
- Currently an associate level consultant or extremely experienced principal engineer.
- Experience in managing teams and projects.
- Business development skills are advantageous.
- Expertise in contaminated land, commercial, residential, and urban projects.
- Consulting experience across all site phases.
- Chartership very much desired.
- Candidate must have a drive to build the team and company.
