- Support an Integrated Change agenda to advise and enable the global consulting network to embrace and implement change
- Collaborate on the creation and application of a global consulting best-in-class change management blueprint
- Play a change management advisor and activation role on the delivery of select global consulting strategic programs (e.g. GenAI, Ascend etc.)
- Contribute to the set-up of a change champion network that focuses on change engagement, collaboration, and education throughout the member firms
- Manage planning and execution of communication plans related to strategic change programs
- Drive key stakeholder engagement activities including the execution of forums up to 4 times a year (in person/virtual – including agenda creation, content creation, event execution, post event briefings etc.)
- Be a POC for engagement and change within global consulting

- Proven experience in roles that require strong program/project management skills.
- Bachelors’ degree (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience in a multi-national or global organization; Masters degree a plus.
- Previous market/client facing experience and leadership on client pursuits/selling.
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions.
- Organized, detail-focused and analytical with the ability to work with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions.
- Able to demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies.
- Experience developing and executing project plans.
- Familiarity with performance management and executive reporting, to include overseeing KPIs and impact.
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
- Experience aligning decisions and facilitating leadership discussions across the Deloitte network structure.
