Here at MAF International we are undergoing an ambitious digital operations transformation which means a fundamental shift in the use of digital technology, to shape this we are looking for a Global Data Architect (GDA) to join our team.Salary: £42,000 – £44,000 dependent on experienceResponsibilitiesThe GDA will develop a global data and visualisation strategy / road-map through analysis, research and design. You will also implement information reporting systems to meet MAFI organisation needs which includes:
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions that meet both current and future organisational needs.
- Conduct technical activities in close collaboration with teams specialising in Enterprise Software, Security, and Infrastructure, ensuring cohesive implementation across all aspects of our operations.
- Lead communication of whats possible while being a catalyst for MAFI maturation / adoption and is bridge inbetween business requirements and IT solutions for data.
- Generate, maintain and build data reports using Power-BI, talend, Crystal, SQL, ETL/SSIS, or other platforms.
To support on matters related to digital solutions and Operations:
- Pro-actively employing an agile approach to identify and analyse business application requests, fostering swift and effective responses needs and challenges.
- Facilitating the utilisation of operational reporting requirements and pertinent information to continuously enhance solutions and services, fostering iterative improvements aligned with organisational objectives.
- Tracking and communicating findings to stakeholders regularly, inputting opportunities for digital transformation and improving and highlighting problems / escalating issues as appropriate.
The role will report to the Applications Development ManagerThere is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. Expected salary: £42000 – 44000 per year
