Are you a seasoned strategy consultant looking to make a tangible impact on the world’s sustainability landscape and support a world class organisation? Pentatonic is offering a unique opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on making circularity a reality for the world’s most influential brands.

In this executive role, you will report directly to the Group CEO and be entrusted with the strategic direction for our rapidly-growing Professional Services department. You’ll lead a diverse, high-performing consulting team of designers, engineers, material scientists and environmental consultants, focused on pioneering circular economy solutions.

What You’ll Be Spearheading:

– Strategic Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with C-suite executives to formulate and implement initiatives that will elevate our circular economy solutions on a global scale.

– Team Excellence: Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven team of diverse consulting professionals, emphasizing analytical rigor and operational excellence.

– Revenue Growth: Architect and execute a growth strategy aimed at tripling consulting division’s revenue over the next three years.

– Client Relations: Deepen relationships with key clients through exceptional service delivery and strategic engagements, translating to repeat business and positive referrals.

– Project Management: Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from intricate project scoping to data-driven execution and delivery.

– Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to seamlessly integrate Pentatonic’s technology and resource recovery solutions with your team’s consulting services.

– Financial Oversight: Ensure targets around revenue, expenses, and profitability are not just met, but exceeded.

– Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Requirements

– Strategic Consulting Background: At least 5 years of strategic management consulting experience, ideally within sustainability, consumer goods, or B2B services.

– Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of consumer goods and/or B2B service businesses.

– Management Prowess: A proven track record of leadership excellence, including team management and revenue growth.

– Stakeholder Acumen: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams.

– Financial Savvy: Expertise in overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

– Result-Oriented: Capability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
