Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

A role you will love
As our Global Head for Digital Security Architecture, you will work to the Global CISO as part of a team of information security professionals and will be the accountable SME for security solution architecture on our global Digital Transformation programme.
You will lead the definition of security solutions architecture for all projects in the scope of our Digital Transformation programme, to ensure projects are advancing the security architecture direction whilst articulating the associated benefits and costs to a range of senior stakeholders.
As part of this process, you engage with other Global IS and Global Technology teams including technology architecture teams. Being able to be pragmatic in delivering security solutions architecture and working collaboratively across global teams is essential for the role.
Some other key responsibilities:
Maintain a forward-looking perspective on emerging security and technology developments and their relevance to our digital transformation strategy
Establish, maintain and leverage effective working relationships with all areas of Technology Services and external stakeholders to improve the overall service provided by Global Information Security to the DT programme
Recognise and pro-actively act to exploit future opportunities or to avoid or mitigate future problems/conflicts
Being able to deputise for the Global CISO in interactions with the Digital Transformation and its senior stakeholders including Global COO and Business line CEO’s
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for a digital security strategist who has worked on enterprise level digital transformation programmes, ideally within financial services. You need to be a logical thinker and a problem solver, have great attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other technical teams and non-technical business units. We are big on sharing knowledge in this organisation, so you will be open to new ideas, and willing to share and help implement your own ideas as well.
You must have direct experience of reporting to or working closely with a CISO as well as working with senior stakeholders to communicate your security solutions effectively and clearly and ensure that they meet the requirements of the wider business.
We are looking for you to have experience within a role where you have been working heavily within cloud security architecture, identity security architecture and API security on a large scale. Ideally this experience will have been gained in financial services.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Proven track record and extensive experience in security solutions architecture
Broad technical skills, e.g., identity solutions (such as Okta), cloud technologies (Azure and M365), Development methodologies (DevOps)
Excellent skills in security technologies
Knowledge of information risk management and compliance
Understand the concept of threat intelligence driven security architecture.
Togaf certified and CISSP a benefit.
