Computershare is looking to recruit an Information Security Analyst to join the Global Information Security Governance team.
This is an ideal opportunity to become part of a global specialised team.
This is a unique opportunity where you will work towards operating the global security compliance and control assurance centralised services. In doing so you’ll be enabling effective risk management and building a holistic view of security risk. As this is a global role, you will get exposure to our different regions and their cultures.
A role you will love
As the threat of cyber-attacks is always evolving, you will work closely with a multitude of stakeholders across the information security team and the wider organisation. You will be required to understand the products services provided within Computershare to support the understanding and resource prioritisation according to the needs of the business.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in the management of the security control assurance process.
- Maintaining oversight of security controls, processes, and services.
- Supporting with internal and external security audits.
- Coordinating and tracking service / process maturity and control improvement.
- Keeping up to date with new and changing security related regulation, legislation and standards.
- Supporting in the identification and resolution of gaps in security compliance.
What will you bring to the role?
You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This role requires a strong ability to identify potential problems and propose possible solutions across varied scenarios.
You will have experience/knowledge in:
- Information Security and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Information Security standards such as ISO27001.
- Performing security assurance assessments.
- Interpreting security information and providing advice and guidance around management of risk.
- Ability to effectively articulate Information Security and Risk Management concepts to varying audiences.
