That means being a supportive partner to our team functions. This role will be required to support across America, United Kingdom & Germany. Some days that might look like creating, opening and managing large Purchase Orders across all regions, Budget support or supporting on creating more efficient Ways of Working and general admin support. This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing Planning & Operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Purchase Order Management: Create, open, and manage large purchase orders across all regions to ensure smooth procurement processes across global eBay business for Global Markets.2. Budget Support: Assist in budget management, including tracking PO’s across Global Markets and collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate budget reports.3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working within the Global Marketing organization and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.4. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with marketing teams across US/UK/DE to provide operational support, including general project coordination and logistics.5. Day to Day Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with travel arrangements when necessary.6.
