Job description: The Role
The primary responsibility of this Business Support position is to provide high level administrative and organisational support to business leaders within the ICT Strategic Global Opportunities Taskforce covering Global Speciality Markets. Proactivity, confidentiality, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are among the core skills required for this role. This role would likely suit somebody willing to take on significant responsibility. The role could provide the right candidate with the opportunity and room to develop and grow.
Your Main Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Providing top level administrative support to senior members of the team, to include complex diary management
- Ensure effective trip management – organising sales meetings with identified target clients and manage a trip schedule for both domestic and international travel
- Processing expense claims, telephone liaison and interaction with clients, plus assisting in any other administrative related matters, as required
- Effective conference planning and organisation, including arranging client meetings
- Assisting in the organisation of quarterly client conferences plus any supporting seminars
- Execution and scheduling of sales campaigns – ensuring the team is rapidly following up and organising meetings as required
- For internal or external meetings – arranging logistics, preparing and producing meeting materials and managing follow-up actions as needed
- Assisting Consultants update leads on Dynamics 365, in addition to general maintenance of client data
- Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate

- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding technical skill in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
