Performance Marketing Executive/Specialist

At this rapidly growing agency, my client are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Google Ads / Performance Marketing professional to join their dynamic team and help propel their clients’ digital marketing efforts to new heights.

As a Performance Marketing Executive/Specialist, your primary focus will be Google Ads. You’ll be hands-on, working directly on the clients’ Google Ads campaigns to optimise performance. But that’s not all – as a startup agency, you’ll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dive into other areas like SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.

Who client is looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a marketing qualification or degree and some working experience in the field, whether through an agency, in-house, or running your own side hustle. My client is open to candidates at different levels of seniority and experience, tailoring the role to suit your background and growth potential.

Regardless of experience level, you should have demonstrable expertise in setting up and optimising Google Merchant Centre product feeds, Google Shopping campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and Search, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns. If you’re well-versed in Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, that’s a bonus!

You should be highly motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely curious about all things marketing. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with their marketing team and interact with clients regularly. Adaptability and a knack for taking initiative are traits we value highly.
