Role overview

Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research companies, with offices in 90 markets. As Ipsos’ in-house brand and innovation consultancy, Strategy3 occupies a unique space. We have the heart and hustle of a start-up paired with the big league scale and diversity of a large global agency.

You will help our clients navigate the complexity, uncertainty and opportunities that the future brings to make better strategic decisions today. You’ll be supporting a small team to spot and map trends, interview leading opinion formers, carry out horizon scanning and scenario building, and run strategic workshops.

We’re a small team operating within a large organisation and across many different business functions, allowing plenty of opportunity to bring ‘futures thinking’ to a diverse range of projects across the business.

What will I be doing?

You’ll play a key role in supporting the team to deliver our client engagements. In the past 12 months we’ve worked with financial services clients, the UK and EU public sector, food and drink manufacturers, consumer healthcare and technology firms.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ business or policy challenges and goals and creating analyses that answer their key questions;

  • Build relationships with the immediate team, clients, and broader Ipsos community (locally and globally);
  • Attend workshops in a note-taking and technical capacity;
  • Build project plans, creating timelines, and undertaking project management activities;
