The Role

You will join the internal support team offering management and support of IT equipment and technical projects for your internal colleagues. 70 % of your time will be spent supporting hardware, software and infrastructure and the remainder of your time will be spent on business critical projects.

What Will I be Doing?

You will be the first point of contact for any IT issue that could arise. This could me fixing issues with workstations, managing server and network issues or preparing workstations, laptops or phones for new starters. You will also support the business with researching and identifying new software or tools that will benefit the business and also project lead on new software or hardware roll outs.

What Can I Expect?

You will receive both in-house and formal training on a range of software and hardware. You will work alongside senior support team members allowing you to get yourself up to speed before taking ownership of specific tools or platforms. You can also expect to develop an understanding of IT project methodologies , a clear career path with plenty of career advancement available

What We are Looking For:

You will have studied IT or computer science or will be a keen hobbyist technology. Any experience of building and maintaining PC’s , networks or servers is also advantageous. You will enjoy working with others and be a natural problem solver. Knowledge of all or some of the following will also be useful:

-MS SQL SERVER

-Windows 10/11/12

– Office 365

– Active directory
