Job description: Axcis Education are currently recruiting for an unqualified learning support assistant for a secondary school in south Liverpool. We are looking for graduates who are looking at a career in education and would like to gain some classroom based experience first. The role is Monday to Friday on a long-term basis, were you will supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You are not expected to teach in these lessons, but purely keep the class on track, monitor behaviour or disruption and leave notes for teaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a degree (in any subject) and have a genuine interest around working in education, alongside confidence and good communication skills. Requirements: • Have experience working with young adults or children • Hold right to work in the UK • Able to provide two professional referees • Hold a child and adult DBS or be willing to process a new one INDLIV
