Our ideal candidate to take on the role will be a competitive individual, ideally with previous experience in customer service and dealing with consumers on a daily basis face to face. The goal will be to provide high class customer service, alongside helping increase the company’s overall growth and revenue through our targeted sales and marketing strategies. Similarly, ideal candidates will have a career oriented mentality, with a focus to further themselves in a fast paced industry.

If working face to face with customers is something you have previous experience in or are looking to gain a better understanding of, the role is ideal for you. Ideal candidates will be keen to attack each day and task hands-on, while being a part of a determined and thriving team.

Successful candidates will be expected to have the versatility to adapt and work through all of our sales channels, ranging from: face to face, events, residential, business to business amongst many others. As a result, when filling this position, we are looking for individuals who are going to thrive off communication and sharing ideas within a strong team oriented atmosphere.

Salary:

· £26,000 – £28,000

Responsibilities of the role:

  • · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • · Welcome and greet customers
  • · Manage point-of-sale processes
  • · Keep up to date with product information
  • · Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • · Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
  • · Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • · Assist with the sales process
  • · Professional representation of brand

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • · Ideally have experience in sales and marketing.
  • · Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices and be able to take advantage of our proven methods.
  • · Proficiency in English.
  • · Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · A customer service/satisfaction focus.
  • · Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • · Great time management and organisational skills.

If you meet the requirements, we are looking to fill the role, you will be invited for a second-round interview. Second round interviews will be more in-depth, covering more about the company, what the sales and development looks like as well as the day to day running.

Ideally, we are looking for immediate starters who can commit to the role full time.

Expected salary: £600 – 850 per week
