Job Description

We are looking for a Graduate Support Manager to devise and implement a strategic Graduate Outcomes plan to support Roehampton students and graduates into highly skilled employment, postgraduate study, or self-employment, ensuring that relationships with employers reflect the aspirations of our diverse cohort of students.

The post holder will collaborate with colleagues across the University including the alumni, planning, marketing, and communications teams to inform employability and employer engagement strategies through data analysis of graduate outcomes.

You will provide enhanced support for the Graduate Campaign and be responsible for a career mentoring scheme to match Roehampton students and alumni with experienced professionals.
