The Marsh Commercial Sales Team is a group of diverse, high performing, professional and client orientated Development Executives responsible for building and growing a portfolio of leading tier one clients. We recruit for potential and not industry experience. We are looking for tenacious, driven individuals who aspire to build a fruitful career within the insurance industry. You will be given full sales training from experienced Sales Directors in Marsh, and have the opportunity to work with some of the most incredible UK based companies. You will also have the opportunity to build professional knowledge and skills through insurance qualifications.

We currently have opportunities to join our high performing Sales Practice and are inviting applications (with optional cover letter) to participate in our Assessment Day taking place in Spring 2024.

Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector

Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets

Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders

What you need to have:

At least one year’s experience in the workplace

Excellent interpersonal skills to present to prospective clients and insurers

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level

Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
