Job description: We are working with a global consulting company hiring a Group Accountant permanently. This company operates in over 100 countries and you will be part of a business offering amazing benefits, flexibility, and progression opportunities. This role reports to the Group Financial Reporting Manager in a team of 7.

The Group Accountant will:

  • Ensure Monthly Consolidation is done accurately, efficiently, and timely.
  • Track and enforce adherence to timetables by collaborating with business units.
  • External Financial Reporting: Support periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual) external financial reporting processes.
  • Produce annual statutory accounts and reports for private equity owners, minority investors, and lenders.
  • Balance Reconciliation and Reporting- Reconcile key balances and prepare supporting schedules for comprehensive group reporting.
  • Conduct periodic analytical reviews of consolidated Group income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

The ideal Group Accountant needs to be:

  • Qualified from a top 10 accounting firm- ACA
  • Ideally a few years post qualified
  • IFRS understanding and technically astute

Salary: £65,000-£70,000 + bonus

Fully hybrid working and flexible working hours- Must be able to come to London every few weeks.
