Job description: This is an opportunity for an ambitious qualified Accountant to join one of the most impressive names in U.K Property as their Group Accounting Manager.

You’ll be one of two Managers reporting into the Head of Accounting and will also work closely with the Group FC and other counterparts across this large transfomative finance function.

Your role will oversee a team of group and technical accountants responsible for consolidation and statutory matters and will be a key contibutor to interim and full year reporting as well as the audit. You’ll also be involved in a number of Project roles as the business invests significantly in enhacing systems and processes.

The role requires a Practice trained ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified Accountant with experience working within a Group Function, ideally within the Real Estate or a related sector. Ideallly you’ll have had some experience of managing small finance teams and be passionate about driving business improvements and have a good technical skillset.

This a fantastic opportunity with a clear path toward Controller/”Head of” level positions across both this group and their Investors.

Role based in their stunning offices in East London, package circa £85k + Bonus + Comprehensive benefits package (including 10%+ pension contribution, healthcare, life, gym and significant site discounts).

Expected salary: £85000 per year
