We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting Manager to lead our global FP&A reporting function. This critical role will play a key part in driving informed decision-making across our growing organisation, with operations in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of all financial reports and analyses prepared for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the global FP&A reporting process: Establish and implement consistent reporting standards, procedures, and deadlines across all regions.
  • Consolidating financial data from all regions: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data collection, consolidation, and reconciliation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management: Clearly communicate key financial performance indicators, trends, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leading and supporting revenue reconciliation between the CRM system (Salesforce) and the ERP system, partnering closely with business teams and Finance
  • Developing and maintaining both short & long-term financial models and forecasts: Build and update models to analyse historical data, project future performance, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
  • Providing in-depth and clearly articulated commentary on the monthly, quarterly and annual results against forecast and budget
  • Managing compliance with reporting regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting and reporting standards in each operating region.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements: Continuously review and optimise internal reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with senior management, regional finance teams, and external auditors.
  • Assisting in driving financial discipline throughout the business

Requirements:

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A reporting role within a multinational organisation.
  • Strong understanding of international accounting standards and reporting regulations (IFRS, UK GAAP etc.).
  • Experience in a Software/SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, IBM Cognos and Financial Force, or proven experience being a key user of Business Intelligence Systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on data accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial data to a diverse audience.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
