Atrium Healthcare are searching for experienced Healthcare Assistants with a passion to make a positive impact in the lives of those we support daily.

The perfect candidate will provide the best possible care and support (both physically and emotionally) to our residents on a daily or nightly basis. Also, will need to have a firm understanding of the core principles of care and who thrive off helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to adults, following the care plan

Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of care and support provided

Follow all policies and procedures of the organisation

Communicate effectively with the agency and the clients to ensure smooth and effective service delivery

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Passionate about providing high-quality care and support to adults

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

A clean criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening

Driving Licence is desirable
