Head of Capital Projects at DN Colleges Group

Join DN Colleges Group as a Head of Capital, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with extensive experience and relevant qualifications in project management to develop and maintain our Estate sites efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of the Group’s estate strategy and for the effective delivery of capital projects, maintenance management and property management to retain and enhance the use/value of the estate. The efficient delivery of operational services to ensure that all services are delivered to optimise performance, provide value for money, minimise disruption and secure the highest level of service for the customer

The role will be permanent, full time (36.5 hours per week).
