Job description: The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing and Communication. They will create and implement an Ealing Trailfinders marketing and communication strategy in line with the organisation’s ambitions and business objectives.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a communications strategy for external audience that identifies and maximises opportunities to promote the Ealing Trailfinders portfolio.
  • Implemented through a diverse range of marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • In conjunction with the Graphic Designer, establish and monitor the in-house style and branding guidelines.
  • Lead and manage all activity with the press and PR companies.
  • Lead and manage the Communications team
  • Effective management of resources, including budgets and staff.
  • Responsible for creating the content for any brochures, newsletters, or promotional material.
  • Responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and well written content to engage all key audiences.

Experience
Essesntial

  • Experience of all aspects of communications and marketing delivery
  • Experience monitoring, obtaining feedback, evaluating & implementing change & improvement measures as appropriate

Desirable

  • A working knowledge of leadership or team management
  • Knowledge of the sporting industry

● Educated to a high standard

● A degree in sports communications & marketingSkillset

● Excellent content writing skills
● Excellent verbal communications
● Good IT skills, well organised and able to work independently and manage their own time
