In this role, you will head a customer focused European professional services function. Your primary focus will be the successful and seamless delivery of all professional services consulting activities.

What you will be doing:
- In this role, you will be accountable for customer success on all professional services related consulting deliverables within the project lifecycle.
- You will work strategically with European commercial heads to actively engage and enhance their revenue targets and forecasts.
- The Head of Professional Services EU will own and accountable for customer professional services project deployment success as part of the customer life cycle.
- You will co-lead the development of solutions and offerings for services, alongside Solutions Owners.
- This role will direct the European consulting delivery team, accountable for team managers, to align to the Deployment strategy.
- You will develop a culture of customer focused delivery enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
- You’ll grow a centre of excellence for consulting delivery, with appropriate development and career path opportunities.
What experience are we looking for:
Essential:
- Experience of working in a matrix environment and influencing senior directors
- Experience of setting up and heading up a customer facing professional services teams in a SaaS business
- Extensive experience of owning and directing an effective and efficient consultancy practice
- The experience to create strategies, implement them, track performance, and achieve set objectives.
