As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Your varied role will include:

– Crafting and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.

– Overseeing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

– Managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and trading activities.

– Hands-on involvement in design and copywriting for digital assets.

– Utilising strong practical experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.

– Leading a talented team to execute marketing initiatives successfully.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess:

– Proven experience in Digital Marketing Management,

– Extensive knowledge of marketing, digital and e-commerce

– Demonstrated expertise in B2C customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

– Hands-on experience in design and copywriting for digital assets.

– Strong practical experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.

– Experience with Shopify is advantageous but not essential.

**Additional Details:**

– **Hybrid Role:** The position is ideally hybrid, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in the Sheffield office.

– **Office Visits:** Desirable that the candidate can visit the Sheffield office approximately once or twice a week.
