Job description: We are looking for an experienced results driven Head of Digital Marketing to join a Creative Agency who represent a portfolio of some of the biggest names in Ibiza destinations & club venues.The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of their online marketing strategies while managing a digital marketing team.A passion for Balearic life is key for success in this role as it requires someone to live and work in Ibiza over the summer season. The rest of the year you can be based anywhere in the world.A valid EU Passport is essential for the role.The Role:
- Build, plan and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple client businesses to build a long-lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s) including but not limited to all social media channels, brand website and newsletters.
- Manage digital marketing budgets.
- Organise and lead the digital marketing team.
- Monitor the brand presence on all social media channels.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performances based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and provide analysis reports.
- Monitor competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
The Person:
- Extensive experience in a Senior B2C Digital Marketing role – Ideally from travel, leisure, venue, hospitality, destination industries – however very open to other relevant sectors.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate experience leading and managing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools including but not limited to SEO, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Netinsight.
