As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, client engagement and ROI.We are looking for the individual to lead our digital marketing function and transform our online presence and use of marketing technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in the asset management industry.Responsibilities Develop and execute the asset management Digital marketing strategy-Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns to the AM Marketing team’s goals and objectives-Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategy remains cutting edge Data Analysis and Reporting-Lead the development of a data driven culture in marketing with the AM Marketing leadership team-Regularly analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights-Prepare and present reports to senior management to track progress against KPIs.-Lead generation and marketing automation– Provide subject matter expertise on use of Salesforce, Eloqua and other toolsWe have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G plc, underpinned by our policies and our employee-led networks who provide networking opportunities, advice and support for the diverse communities our colleagues represent.
