The Samsung UK Corporate Marketing Team is uniquely placed to deliver this as we are passionate cohort of discipline experts, from Insights and Operational Excellence to CSR, PR & Comms and Brand Marketing, that act to support “One Samsung”.

We are the guardians of Samsung KX; an innovation hub that houses our premium product portfolio and local community engagement programmes.Role and Responsibilities:
- Create an innovative new Digital strategy (Showcase Retail digital journey x microsite, store related apps)
- Establish governance with the Retail Director, team and DTC team, to co-develop performance-driving initiatives / CRM
- Build a Centre of Excellence to support Digital Blueprints and JBPs with Channel partners
- Business Lead for Social Media and accountable for discipline transformation including the One Samsung strategy and overhaul of and re-establishment of governance. Accountable for ensuring Social Media standards are not only met but exceeded for Launch requirements
- Lead the Social Media team to deliver best-in-class platform / audience led strategy, create an always-on “viral-worthy” content and events calendar to engage our customers and standout community management
- Establish a One Samsung Influencer programme – organic and paid – that delivers impactful uplift to engagement and divisional sales KPIs
- Develop and share forensic understanding of audience behaviours and channel and content ecosystems
- Accountable for onboarding, developing and establishing a team of experts
- Single point of contact responsible for educating and engaging Senior Leadership teams across UK, Europe and HQ, and managing escalations
- Lead for KPI setting, ROI and agency performance management; a quality control function between internal strategy/objectives and external briefs and execution
