We are looking for someone who is going to be as passionate about great food, wine and customer service as we are. You’ll get to talk to our many customers and make sure they’re having a great time; we want all our guests to experience outstanding hospitality.First impressions really count, you’ll make sure the Restaurants are always just right and the customers’ needs are always met, the customer is priority number one. You will know how to optimise both the service and products that we offer. Flexible to help out the rest of the team, you’ll make sure our customers always receive a quick, efficient and friendly service whilst also having the responsibility for training, team development and stock control to name a few.As Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage department and driving performance.
- Inspire and manage a professional team of Department Managers by maintaining a high profile throughout the business and setting exemplary standards of presentation.
- Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team.
- Have solid management skills along with a stable background and experience of multi outlet properties.
- Have a background in hotels/hospitality with a track record of delivering results.
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of customer service and work closely with the Chef and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and innovation.
