A Formula 1 Team are seeking a Head of Legal to join them on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
The Role:
Joining a unique and friendly small team, working very closely with the GC you will provide top-quality legal support and guidance working across a variety of legal areas including commercial, corporate, regulatory, and other general legal affairs needed for the business.
Key duties will include:
- Managing the local team.
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements across a broad spectrum of areas.
- Ensuring contentious matter management.
- Advising in respect of FIA regulatory, compliance and contract negotiation-related matters.
- Ensuring proper corporate governance.
- Planning and ensuring the completion of matters, delegating work effectively and providing guidance and deadlines.
- Liaising with oversees offices across the organization.
Your Application:
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 7-10 years relevant post qualification experience.
- Expertise or solid experience within the sports industry, ideally motorsports.
- Interest in F1/motorsports.
