Our client is an independent British production company which delivers premium drama series and feature films to audiences in the UK, US and international markets.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Television and/or Film lawyer to join the team as Head of Legal and Business Affairs.

You will be an integral member of the team providing oversight, guidance and expertise to ensure the successful running of the business, with overall responsibility for the provision of first-class legal and business affairs advice and support to internal clients and productions.

You will lead the Legal and Business Affairs operations of the business, optimising outcomes across both the development and production slate. You will advise on negotiating, drafting, and contracting a wide range of high-end scripted television deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on co-productions across the US, Europe and Australia, and working in collaboration with global streaming services.
