That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing & Growth to the UKI market (UK, Ireland, Netherlands).

Key requirements :

New Business: Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL, SQL, meeting, and pipeline targets

  • Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Ops and the Sales team to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Assist with landing page optimization, lead gen and follow-up, and SEO projects.

Existing business: Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to identify key strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives across our customer base to drive adoption and grow lifetime value.

Partner with the Product Marketing Manager, to measure progress in increasing multi-product adoption across our customer base and effectiveness, adjusting campaign tactics as needed.

Partner with the Sales and SDR to create sales enablement tools (e.g. web copy, collateral, promotional campaigns) to accelerate prospects.

Events: collaborate with Marketing assistant to support campaign and Rise Up’s participation to sales events.

Management of a team.

Qualifications :

  • 6 years’ experience in Marketing in a SaaS environment, with a core focus on Demand Gen tactics
  • Experience working in a high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Target-oriented, with a sharp analytical mind for creating focused marketing campaigns with ambitious, measurable objectives
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and clear objectives
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably
