As Head of Marketing for our UK schools, you’re our biggest brand advocate, and one that is focused on delivering results. Together with the school teams, you’ll lead us in driving growth of our 4 UK schools, each with its independent offer for students, parents and families.
You will be a key member within the UK team, and across the schools you’ll drive execution, quality and consistency of marketing efforts, coming up with new and exciting ideas to help showcase our schools in the best light, to deliver student recruitment and retention results.
You’ll be a genuine team-player who’ll work across our schools, and the wider Nord Anglia Education Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) team, to bring to life our brand vision and mission to show how we’re shaping a future generation of resilient, global citizens.
Responsibilities
You’ll establish a culture of high performance across our 4 UK schools’ marketing teams, setting ambitious targets and achieving more than was thought possible, through:
You’ll encourage the use of data and insight to drive performance across our schools, using it to guide decision-making, strategy, and prioritising key actions.
You’ll understand the importance of planning and budgeting to meet the organisation’s needs and will lead each school’s planning/budgeting processes, including being flexible and changing priorities, where needed.
You’ll build outstanding relationships across the UK schools, the wider Nord Anglia Education and beyond, to execute on our plans.
You’ll own your career at Nord Anglia, starting with being a lifelong learner for your own professional development.
Job Responsibilities
Required Skills/Abilities
Degree level qualification
Knowledge and in-depth experience of the key international schools market in the UK
Sales/customer experience in education sector
Experience of growing a business customer base in multiple countries
Excellent communication skills
High impact presentation skills
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Demonstrable influencing skills
High level of networking and relationship building skills
Conducting secondary research
Salesforce reporting and administration
