This role is within Screen and Film School in Brighton.
About the Role
We are recruiting a Head of School to provide leadership in their specialist area and to support the Dean of Creative Technology to ensure that students are at the heart of our curriculum and assure excellence in learning, teaching and assessment practices. They will be the university representative for their subject area at one of our college/campus locations and provide day-to-day curriculum and teaching delivery leadership.
In addition, they will line-manage Course Leaders and be responsible for tutor recruitment in their subject area. The Heads of School are senior members of the Provost’s Office of BIMM University and, as such, are the senior university representative for their subject area on campus. The Head of School will be accountable for student success within their local campus context.
