Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, develop, and support a dedicated recruitment team.
  • Formulate and execute the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Forecast future recruitment requirements.
  • Collaborate in an Agile manner with business and marketing teams.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and avenues for career growth to your team members.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess our approach’s effectiveness and facilitate team growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for intricate Talent Acquisition challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch or French with excellent proficiency in English.
  • Passionate with solid experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record in team management, both direct and indirect.
  • Natural empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Attention to detail, recognizing nuances that make a difference.
