You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine user experiences, ensuring our products are accessible, intuitive, and effective. Your expertise in user research, prototyping, and design systems will drive the development of engaging interfaces that resonate with our users and uphold our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine UI/UX design strategies for our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling design concepts.
- Utilize a variety of design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Ensure consistency in design language and adherence to brand guidelines.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly for digital products.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Jira, Figma, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Skilled in translating research into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communicator, able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- You have previous experience designing user-centered SaaS products as a Product or UX/UI Designer.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or healthcare sectors is a plus
- Self-motivation, accountability, and excellent time management skills to work efficiently in a flexible and remote-first environment.
- An open-minded approach to receiving and implementing security advice from our internal security experts to ensure software security.
- Have worked in and enjoyed a remote-first environment, and understand the skills needed to be successful in one.
- A team-oriented mindset, valuing both winning and losing as a team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Willingness and ability to travel for internal gatherings and team-building events on an (at most) quarterly basis.
- Star- up experience is a bonus but not essential.

- Contribute to our brand – Build and improve HEAL Security’s brand with your design and creative skills
- Flexible – As a member of a small team within a new start-up, you must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and perform any reasonable task as directed by your line manager.
- Experience in a startup is beneficial but not mandatory.
Working hours:You’ll need to overlap with the UK from 10 am to 7 pm (GMT+0 time zone – you may check the ).What we offer:— Full-time job (8 working hours per day, 5/2).— Fully remote work.
