Are you from a Food Manufacturing background with IOSH accreditation looking for an autonomous role where you will have full remit to implement procedures and lead a growing team to ensure BRC standards are met?

This company are market leading food manufacturers which are continuing to expand throughout 2024. Due to the growth of the company, my client is looking for someone passionate about Health and Safety to add to their excellent working environment.
This role would be suitable for anyone from a Food Manufacturing background with supervisory / management experience that wants to have full autonomy and progress their career long-term within a market leading manufacturer.
The Role:
*Ensuring the company meets requirements in all areas of H&S and identify areas of improvement.
*Responsible for reviewing annual risk assessments and investigating all accidents and near-misses.
*Office / Factory-based, commutable from Exeter, Newton Abbot, Plymouth, Torquay, Crediton, Tavistock and nearby areas
The Person:
*Food Manufacturing background with Supervisory / Management experience (Production/Quality/H&S/Technical/Operations)
*IOSH / NEBOSH accreditation
*Passionate about Health and Safety
