Multiple positions are available in Central London, offering the chance to contribute to both local and international projects spanning various scales within the public and private healthcare sectors. Vacancies

Senior Technical Architect:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with a proven track record in successfully designing and delivering technically complex architectural projects. This role involves working on diverse projects ranging from £5m to £300m+. The candidate will provide support to practice leadership through strategic design reviews and technical audits. Expertise in Sustainability, Modern Methods of Construction, and comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations are essential.

Project Leader:

Candidates for the Project Leader position must demonstrate strong design understanding, leadership, communication, technical proficiency, and CAD skills (Revit/BIM Standards). With a proven track record, they should excel in client liaison, leading multi-disciplinary design teams, project programming, quality and technical reviews, overseeing technical package production, and managing project contracts from inception to completion.

Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist:

We are looking for candidates with a strong working knowledge of Revit and associated software, coupled with excellent technical detailing and specification skills. Desirable qualities include a keen interest in Sustainability, Modern Methods of Construction, and experience in conservation architecture. Revit/BIM knowledge and expertise in written and verbal communication are preferred.

Healthcare Architect:

This role involves working on high-profile national and international hospital projects. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in larger projects (£50m+) as part of a team, with day-to-day leadership of smaller projects across all stages. Strong project management skills, experience in healthcare design/planning, and knowledge of updated Building Regulations and Health Building Notes are required. Revit/BIM knowledge and active participation in successful bids are advantageous.

Architectural Assistant (Part 2) or Architects x 2:

We are looking for two enthusiastic Architectural Assistants or Architects with good Revit knowledge and excellent graphics and presentation skills. Candidates will work on a variety of projects, including master planning, new build, and refurbishment.

Clinical Planner:

Seeking a Clinical Planner with an excellent knowledge of 1:200/1:50 medical planning processes, including Room Data Sheets and Room Loaded Plans and Elevations. Good Revit knowledge is essential, and experience with Codebook or similar medical planning software is desirable.
