Job description: We are currently looking for Health Care Assistants to work with various clients in a Nursing Home setting in the picturesque area of Chippenham, Wiltshire. The service aims to provide tailored support centred on individuals needs, focusing on developing independence, life skills, communication and social skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting of core general healthcare assistant duties such as moving and handling and basic life support.
- Helping to provide comfort, interaction and companionship.
Requirements for this role:
- MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
- MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
- MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
